Great deals great pizza but need to get more chicken Alfredo cause your always out!
I had stopped going here because everything I got was never correct. I got just wings bread sticks and one pizza to see if they... have improved. So the other day, I tried to order a stuffed pizza through the app. After trying several times it would not let me add a stuffed... crust pizza. I called the location and found out that they had ran out. This was around 6pm. After speaking to the person at thelocation they stated that they would try and make more and to check the app in 15 min. After 20 min I was able to purchase thepizza through the app. When I arrived I picked up the pizza and wings after waiting about 15 min at the window through theirdrive through. The app stated that the pizza was ready so we pulled through. Once I arrived home, I opened the box to find thepizza was cold and looked like they had just tried to roll some cheese into the stretched out thin crust. It didn't work becausethere was hardly any cheese in the crust. Some pieces had none. There was barley even any sauce on the pizza as well as verylittle cheese. After eating one chicken wing, I found that one of them was still partially frozen. I had visited this locationonce before and the pizza was not as bad but similar. For as much as they charge this should not have happened. Needless to say,we threw the pizza in the garbage and went to get something else. Completely disappointed. My mom drove from Perris CA to San Jacinto because she wanted to have a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and eat it while it was... hot. The staff was wondeful. They were really nice and didn't make us feel like we showed up to late (30 min before closingdining). The food was delicious. This Pizza Hut will definitely be out to go spot for my family and I. From the time the food left the store to arrival was almost 30 minutes (15 minutes past the delivery time on the app.). The... store is 6 blocks away? food was cool, soggy, and one pizza was missing half the cheese and topping. Breadsticks did not comewith the sauce. Just another disappointment. Read more
You were out of lemon pepper chicken, so your employee Richard called to apologized and offered all the alternatives and even... offered a ranch to make up for it. Very polite and helpful. When i when to pick up my order the gentleman at the pickup windowwas super nice. Even checked to make sure i was called about the missing lemon pepper and apologized again.
