Usually come here and they are very understaffed but tonight had a different experience with a order that they messed up not... once, but twice and the manager Lee oh his a character he walked out asked us for our drink then gave us the second one wrongagain LMAOOO.. to the nice young lady who came to the window and helped us girl you should be the manager and let Mr Lee twinkletoes his butt outta there!!! The wait here is always insane, but somehow we keep going back for the fun flavored drinks. It seems they can't hear your order... or they are just unfamiliar with the menu. High turn over with new highers possibly. The food is decent . Read more

Just left a couple minutes ago. Disappointed at the customer service I just received. Placed an order for 2 shakes. Three (3)... cars came and parked after me, they ordered food and drinks but yet I was still waiting after those other people left with theirorder. The server Dominque stated its due to ?being short staffed?. That?s not an excuse for me waiting longer than others whoordered after I did and received their order within minutes. DO BETTER SONIC! Aside from most of the staff being rude and not wanting to be there (understandably so) the food doesn't always seem fresh. It's... as if they took the good that's been there for hours and microwaved it for 10 seconds. Every. Single. Time. Last night I order bacon and cheese hot dog and my food came out all burnt. The entire hotdog was burnt so bad I was upset. And... After placing our order we waited in the drive thru line for more than 30 minutes. 2 cars ahead of us. Granted, the car in ... front of us placed a large order. Good thing we checked our order before driving away as part of our order was missing. It waspromptly taken care of. My family agreed that our food was not very good. Corndogs overcooked.
