Went to this location on June 9th. Horrible customer service and the food was not up to par as I've had in other locations.... Cheese curds we blown out. Barely any cheese in them. And the milkshake was served very watery and warm. It was nasty. And whenI asked for another shake, the man said it's just him and he's about to lose his mind. Told him to call a manager or somebodyfor help. Came all the way from Hawai?i to get disappointed. Read more

20m wait to get 'sorry we dont have that' after ordered. Food over fried. They have a fake drive through ala Chik Fil A but not... enough people to man it. Poor preparation, insufficient staff, lacking standard inventory. Manager needs to be replaced. Read more
