Ran out of golden hour so fast. Otherwise need more gummy bears on my ice cream

I ordered a Birthday cake on June 2nd for June 5th at 2pm and when i went to pick it up @6pm It wasnt even ready. I had to come... back @7pm to get it and it looked like it was thrown together and the manager didn't even acknowledge or apologize for theinconvenience and when i asked for some kind of compensation his wife said rudely you can have a scoop of Ice cream, when iasked her if she really thought that my time was worth a scoop of ice cream the manager said take a pint of ice cream... Thesecakes are not cheap and i feel like if i am expected to pay that price i should get what i paid for not just thrown together. Iasked for half off and he lost it yelling at me telling me that is too much money and if I was kidding him, because it was myDaughters birthday i told him i would be reporting him to corporate and took the cake and left, while walking out he startedslamming his register and yelling like a child throwing a tantrum while other customers with children were there waiting. Alsohis wife was preparing another cake with no mask or gloves which i feel sick about because i didnt even think about that at thatmoment. I really hope that corporate does something about this because as a consumer I shouldn't have to just take what thisbusiness decides to give I should have gotten what i paid for and an apology was even too much for them. There are plenty ofother Ice cream shops in the area that are better tasting and priced and i will be happy to take my business there from now on. Read more

What can you say this is Baskin-Robbins. Great place that has been here always. Plenty of parking and great ice cream! Staff is... always friendly and will make your desert to order. Banana spit, milk shakes, malts, ice cream cones and so much more. Read more

I come here for my kids' birthday ice cream cakes. Service is good. If you need to have custom cakes it's best to go in and look... at the book because some of the cakes might not be available on line. This happened to me but it was fine and the lady wasreally nice. Read more
