PLEASE DO NOT go here! I was attacked by a worker. Asian man in his 60?s couldn?t understand what I wanted so I left. He ran... after me opened my car door and attacked me and my 13 year old daughter. Contacted store manager and she offered us $50 worthof ice cream. Told me she fired him and he is still working in this facility. Corporate said it?s all on the individualBaskin-Robbins store. I would give them no stars but one is the least you can give. Read more
We usually go around 9pm on most days and their service is completely disrespectful. There is an older woman who consistently... nickel and dimes you. They claimed that extra boost was $1.00 even though it was not posted on their menu and then charge youfor water as a way to add that dollar onto your bill. We spend over 25 dollars weekly here buying their cappuccino blasts, butwe?ve had enough and will not be returning. Read more

This neighborhood Baskin-Robbins has been here in this shopping center for decades - way back when there was still a Nob Hill... Foods (for locals who lived here for a long time, you remember what I'm talking about). This was always my family's go-to spotfor ice cream and their service and ice cream selection has never waned. Every year, we still visit this location to buy icecream cakes whenever someone in the family is celebrating a birthday. This location is small, but there are three or fourtables, ample room if you're bringing the whole family out for ice cream and dessert. Plus, as with all Baskin Robbins, theyhave a large selection of ice cream flavors and sherbets. I love this location and plan on coming back here for many decades tocome. Read more

Ice cream is so worth on a summer day. I walked to Baskin-Robbins from my house (20 min walk), so I was really excited to... receive a triple scoop of some flavorful mint chocolate. The server was friendly and understanding as he conversed with myfriend and I, and man, some of my favorite jams were playing in the store's speakers. For just $9, I was able to get a(delicious) three scoops of mint chocolate ice cream and a chocolate scoop on a cone for my friend, which came free thanks tothe triple scoop. This was more than enough to satisfy any of our ice cream desires, as those portions are huge. I'm notcomplaining; I definitely would love to come here again. Read more
