Food is wonderful, service is quick, cost is incredibly reasonable. The atmosphere is a bit different. Love the idea of multiple... restaurants sharing kitchen space to cut down on cost, which means the food is reasonably priced. However the area outside isn'tin the best area, and if you are a lone female it can be uncomfortable to come here at night. I didn't have much chicken. I feel like extra chicken should be the regular amount of chicken given to you. The pudding was... delicious. Just interesting that it's almost the size of the sauce container for almost 3 dollars. I'm just a bit disappointedabout the extra chicken. It isn't enough. Read more
Wow! Healthy, fast food? say what?! Got back to SJC after a vacation (where calories didn?t count lol) and wanted something... wholesome. Saw that Ben?s Fast Food was nearby and almost thought the photos were too good to be true, and the hours! I didn?tget in until around 9:30 pm ? usually healthy food options are unattainable at this hour. Anyway, VERY impressed with quality,product, and ease of ordering something so tasty and healthy! Pork and rice bowl with a side of chicken and lemon thyme sauce was flavorful and filling. I didn't realize it was a ghost... kitchen with multiple restaurants serving take out from the same location, with limited seating inside and out front was notkept clean. But the food was good, and will definitely check it out again, just won't eat here. Read more

I've ordered delivery from here several times here so far and the food has generally been great. My only complaint with the food... so far is that Green Smoothie arrived mostly frozen -- the first time I ordered one the it was partially frozen but stilldrinkable, but the second time it was completely frozen and I had to throw it in the blender with some liquid to get itdrinkable. I understand that having it being a bit frozen is probably helpful for delivery, but it seemed a bit excessivelyfrozen to me. Read more
Yooo BFF is legit. I couldn't believe how good, healthy, and affordable this place is. The food came super fast. It felt like I... was eating at a restaurant...The chicken literally tasted so flavorful and the rice/veggie mixture blended so well. The pickledred onions made the whole thing for me. Refreshing crunch but not overall tangy. Balanced the savory slow roasted chicken realwell. The green smoothie hit different. I'm astounded there's no added sugar and the pineapple flavor mixed really well withtrue spinach. Finished it literally before I started eating bc it was so good. And the packaging was on point! I am very impressed with their food offerings. They align with my plant based diet via medical medium Anthony William. The food... tasted organic, FRESH, delicious and had great energy. The people preparing the food have great energy. The lemon thyme saucewas delicious! I absolutely love that they are dairy/sugar/gluten/soy free! That is rare in the Bay Area! They truly care aboutserving healthy, quality, nutritious food. The pricing is affordable. I appreciate the eco friendly packaging. I would choosethis food over the whole foods buffet any day!!
