Wish I could rate it lower, because between the very rude impatient and always angry & disrespectful old Vietnamese woman who... opens and the two a-holes that will not attempt to let anybody who's been in the drive-thru right before closing know thatthey're closed about 5-10 minutes before closing time. They leave the lights on the menu sign stay on as if open and just lookat you periodically as they carry on with shutting down everything inside. I always order clearly and precisely. But I always get the order wrong. Today I order a medium meal. I recieved a small meal...... other times I've recieved a completely wrong ítem. The asian lady is really rude. The younger guys always get the order wrong.And the person who speaks spanish also gets the order wrong even if I order in spanish. Not worth it. Worst bk I've been to. Poor service, the person taking the order was distracted, wasn't paying attention to my order and to what I was saying. Also... service was slow, I had to wait close to 10 minutes for my dine in order, and to make matters worse, the meal was cold, yes boththe burger and fries. The cheese wasn't melted as it's supposed to. I wish I would've spoken to a manager about the matter butthere wasn't one at the time. Not going there again!!! Read more
I ordered from drive-thru but when I got it it was wrong the burger has onions so I took it inside and told them and they take... the burger and ask that they remove onions from the same burger. Gross I had to stop them. I told them I need a new one cuz theburger would still have the onion flavor. But they did make a new one so I was happy after that. It was just weird that theywould not automatically make a new burger. I could have taken the onions off myself if that was the case. Read more
