After ordering the same items 3 times a week. Now 25% of time they mess my order up. The manager promises to replace the ... order, then once the order is made they demand payment. Poor customer service. Don't order here unless you speak Spanish. Read more
We have forgotten about great burgers, this is great place and tasty burgers , this guys they still cooking the burger patie on... grill no like some others almost like microwave . I really enjoyed that burger that simple. Read more
No one in drive thru line was nice. The food was good, burger was hot and the fries were freshly made. Good service all around... only thing was we were never asked if we wanted any condiments. We ordered fried zucchini and we didn't get any ranch oranything else. Other than that was really good. ???????? Read more
Ok, it is fast food, so yeah...but the food is well prepared, the onion rings are crispy and some of the best ever when you want... a guilty pleasure, and the people who work at this Carls are always warm and friendly and very professional. As with any fastfood place though, if you get food to go..make sure you check your bag to make sure you got everything...hey, it's fast food andwhen they get busy things get missed. ;) Read more
For a fast-food burger, Carl's delivers a higher quality product. I don't like skinny paper thin burger patties that might have... been sprayed with burger flavor while the are cooked in big batches. In fact, I rarely eat burgers that I haven't grilled toperfection myself over an outdoor gas grill. But, on rare occasion where I worked through dinner but it's now pushing 21:00 andI am on the way home, tired, and hungry, I have stopped and gotten a decent burger here that I didn't regret later. So for me,they are on my list of acceptable under the right circumstances. Read more
This place has really gone down hill. The hamburger was supposed to be a western bacon cheese burger, no bacon or cheese. It was... the worst hamburger I have had at Carl's Jr. Decided not to go there anymore, but needed to get a milkshake and onion ring. Thebill was for $9.56 for the two, the milk shake was OK, but I ordered a large onion ring. There was seven small onion rings inthe order. If that was the large, then how many onion rings do you get the small, 2? Read more
They decided to let some guy sleep next to us on the bench while we were eating. Couple of employees walked by him but did... nothing. They let him fart and snore up a storm. Worst place to dine-in at. Read more
