Got a moldy hamburger here. Went back and they made me a new burger....would of rather got a refund. Not going back.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We figured we'd be in and out and get some quick food for the road. Unfortunately we... had to play 20 questions with the cashier, that's fine maybe they were new, who cares. But then we spend the next 35 minuteswaiting on our food. It was just us and 1 other customer so it's not like they were backed up but okay I get it they only had afew people on staff. What I couldn't understand was why the manager refused to do anything but sit there and talk with hisfriend who also refused to do anything. When we finally see our food being prepared my mom had ordered a chicken biscuit, one ofthe workers had accidentally grabbed it too hard and caused it to break and crumble. The manager had the audacity to tell themit was fine and to just send it. I had to bite my tongue as it was already 25 minutes in and I just wanted my food. So we getthe rest and our combo had no fries as well as my breakfast burger had only egg and a patty, for reference it's supposed to comewith that as well as hash browns, ketchup and bacon. To take this long and have 0 quality control on top of that is just atestament to the work ethic there. This is the only time I've considered sending a letter to a corporation for something sotrivial but this was enough to make anyone's temper boil. Read more
I wish this restaurant didn't pre-grill everything. I don't mind waiting if it's fresh, but stop giving me burgers that were... grilled an hour before I got there. The guy at the counter is great and very personable.. but the food falls short. Very DRY andoverdone. And... could you call the police on the guy that has stood out in front of the restaurant for YEARS making hackingkarate moves on everyone that enters? Read more
Cashier was nicest but being alone... wait time was longer than I expected... Got breakfast deal of 4 grilled cheese sausage... egg sourdough sandwiches. It was ok. Hashbrown rounds were hot and fresh. Read more
I have ordered the chicken taco salad and 3 piece chicken tenders. The tenders are hot and fresh but the taco salad is pretty... bad it didn?t taste fresh I felt like it?s frozen. Customer service is quick and the store is well maintained. The beans seemedfrozen and the lettuce is also not fresh. Read more
The food was above average, but the prices were high. They also didn't repeat back our order and didn't get it right. They did... correct it once we brought it to their attention. I'd look at Five Guys and Red Robin right down Saratoga. Read more
