Cold fries...again. No one but myself in the drive-thru, so perhaps that's why they served fries from quite possibly the day... before. Totally lazy, inept and inexcusable to sell people that kind of quality when a "small" combo is over $12. Read more
Terrible service. The person who took delivered my order got it wrong by shorting me a Star hamburger yet still attempted to... charge me $28.00 plus for the order. The window person DID NOT correct the order and no transaction was made. My advice is toavoid this store at all costs. There are other establishments in close proximity who are more than willing and able to delivernot only a quality product but quality service as well. Won't go there again. Read more

I asked for no pickles, no mustard or ketchup, in the drive through, and the guy said he heard me. They took everything off, and... only put ketchup and mustard, which isn't what I asked for at all. I went inside and asked them to do it again, I asked them forthe same thing again! I heard the lady in the back making fun of me in Spanish. They made me a burger with only onions, and apatty, they were wrong again! The guy was getting aggressive, and they gave me $5.00 back, which isn't even a full refund. I wastalking to one of the customers there, and was told not to talk to him. This place is trash! One star. Read more
They have nice customer service. My only concern is that the interior of the building is not clean because when I made my order... on the way I saw a couple of mice running along the wall of the business, when I lost sight of them I would like to think thatthey did not enter. . Unfortunately I couldn't take any photos due to how fast they run. That is the reason. I am giving onestar. Read more

He ruined my appetite! ???? I was in a great mood... I went inside and ordered dinner. The story is too long to explain here but... the guy on the register was SO RUDE and cranky. I ordered, he got it wrong. I kindly asked him for the right order. He proceededto blame me and complained to the two women in the back, in Spanish, who had no idea what happened, but they AGREED!?! More loudcomplaining about me, in Spanish. I just wanted dinner. The bottom line is the employees are rude. I paid $12 & lost myappetite. I will never go back there again... who knows what they did to my food. ???????? Read more
