The dude with the fresh Mullet(Fernando) taking orders outside, had me laughing with his jokes. The line was long and while we... were waiting to get our food he was making the time fly by pretty quickly with that fast service, unfortunately my card gotdeclined and he took out his OWN wallet and payed for my whole families meal. Best fast food restaurant for chicken lovers. Their waffles are different and great. My go to has been spicy chicken sandwich... and waffle fries. Their milkshakes are pretty solid too. The prices have gone up recently and that hurts a bit. Because a mealhere costs as much as an entree in main stream places. Read more
This location has quality control issues with the food preparation, while this location is close to my home I always go over to... the El Camino store because the food is consistent. Today I was out at meetings and running errands so I stopped here, neveragain same issues. My original sandwich was saturated in butter or whatever oil they use, sandwich was warm not hot, the samewith the small order of fries. I won't be returning to this location in the future. Honestly very surprised how fast food can taste this good. I wasnt too excited about this place at first as I come from Canada... and didn't exactly have fast food on my list to eat, but this place serves amazing chicken for the price. Nice enough place, and clean. But this location of Chick-fil-A has a few problems with site quality and food quality. Not... appetizing or pleasant to have the stock room in the public seating area. Dr. Pepper tasted a little weak. Soda dispensersprobably need some maintenance. Cross cut fried potatoes were held a little too long. Floppy and greasy. Spicy chickensandwich was delicious. Sunny outdoor seating was also kept clean and neat. Bathroom check stickers were outdated by over ayear. Love the unopened condiments reuse bin. Better than throwing away new items. Edy the the guy at the counter waspleasant. Keep him. Overall not a terrible location. I am sure some more attention to detail will restore this franchise tocorporate standards. Read more
Chicken nuggets and the grilled chicken nuggets are the best here. Never been disappointment here. The chicken burger patty is... fresh. Convenient location. Ample parking spots available. Staffs are friendly. Service is quick. Sometimes the line can bebigger due to lunch hour. Read more
Very disappointed with the service. It?s very unfortunate that Chick-fil-A is asking me to download an app when I don?t come... here too often, I think it?ll be a good idea to have somebody taking orders in the front door if you guys don?t let us go insidejust for takeout orders I was there today and I had to order in the front door but a lady which was in that instance theredidn?t want to take my order she was very mean, then I had to tell her to call the the year which she did, then I talked to alady call Diane. She took my order and told me that this was going to be the last time she was going to do that, I don?t thinkthat?s the right thing to do when you have customers like me dad doesn?t want to download an app just to order there at therestaurant once. Now don?t get me wrong with Chick-fil-A I love the franchise and the food too. I think it?s a great place togo but it?s just the people that works there sometimes are very very mean. The food is consistently great. The service suffered in a couple ways. I ordered ahead using my app to help streamline customer... requirements for their busy staff. When I got there a guy was sitting on a chair with an iPad and told me go ahead and go to thebox after I paused and waited for a few seconds. Then he started towards me then told me to go ahead and talk into the kiosk. Ilet her know mine was a mobile order he said to proceed forward. Kind of odd he wouldn't help me since he was sitting theredoing nothing. I'm really spoiled to understand Chick-fil-A staff is super friendly. The young lady at the drive to check outcounter was very nice and the only problem with the meal was one of my sauces was not what I asked for. Not a big deal.
