Horrible experience with the woman behind the bar. She?s rude and has zero people skills. No one greeted us and everything is... dirty. I left without ordering. I live nearby However, after today?s experience, I would rather drive for 10 min and eatsomewhere else! No thanks! Read more
Bartender told me I could not sit in the bar area, because he was too busy. Decided to wait for the hostess to seat me....but... one never appeared. The bartender locked eyes with me as I left, and didn't even care. This was a 1 pm, lunch time. Thislocation has gone down hill, and I am reminded why I don't like eating at this location. Amazing customer service. As soon as we came in a we were served drinks. The manager was engaging in conversation with many... tables and there was tons of laugher and friendliness throughout the restaurant. I don?t think I?ve ever felt so welcomed in aplace as I did here 10/10 Read more
Came here about an hour and a half before closing and there was surprisingly a 15 minute wait for a table even though the place... was fairly empty. Our waitress wasn't super friendly but our orders were correct so that was a plus. Our food was okay tastingand not cold but it wasn't spectacular. Our salsa was basically just water and the bathroom was dirty but it was just aboutclosing time. Read more
I had to wait 10 minutes to get a table when the restaurant was empty except for 1 table. Go figure. Waitress was great. Got a... dirty cup with jam or ketchup on it. Gross. Super greasy burger. Drippings turn into lard since it was cold inside. Couple ofladies came after and did not wait went straight to bar and got serve before me. Read more
Have been coming to this location and the customer service has always been rough. Welcomed by the host and found a table quickly... for my party of 4. However, what was disappointing that our server was nowhere to be found, so we get out of our table and go tothe kitchen to find them ourselves. Already, I could tell that this location wasn't operating under great management asemployees weren't communicating with each other while surveying the dining floor, tables were left uncleaned, and some employeeswere simply walking around to kill time. Our server finally took our order, but we then had a new server come in, Kristina. Shewas just a blessing. She was kind, cordial, and attentive. She had control of the dining room floor and knew how to timely checkin on the other diners. Service with a smile at its best! To me, she had the presence and authority of the shift manager;however, to my surprise, Kristina is a new employee who just completed corporate training, which explains why is of a bettercaliber and has great customer service skills. Not impressed. My food was ok. My friends order was wrong. Was told could not eat at the tables in the bar area. Kitchen floor... was gross. Unfriendly staff.
