Terrible food. The beef is hard af. The onions and mushrooms added on top has a different taste than the food itself. There?s a... hidden $1 fee if u order noodles that the cashier won?t tell u. Waste of $36 Read more

This used to be a great food restaurant but now they just give you a bowl with 1 shrimp and like 6 burnt pieces of meat. The... meat looked like the coal you used at barbecues. They have really bad service they talk to fast you cant even understand them. One of my friends got a bowl and she ordered shrimp and meat and only got 2 pieces of meat, she tried to complain and ask formore but all they did was yell "I dont know, I dont know!" Am disappointed all I wanted was food like they USED to have, thiswas my first time at the mall since it reopened. (Update: sadly I still have more to add, they definitely are not the cleanestplace. Asked for sauce and I got 2 packets, I know I can just ask for more but the lady was in a bad mood, so didnt. Wouldn'trecommend. Read more

Very very flat beef and the shrimp wasn't even peeled... For mall food this is not that great, but certainly can fill you up!

My son and I went to Eastridge mall the other day and decide to buy dinner from the food core. I chose Sansei Japanese Grill -... It looked very good and the amount of chicken and beef was a nice amount, enough for 2 ppl. I got home, super excited to eat it,and oh boy was I DISAPPOINTED. It was AWFUL, and tasted like "Liver and Gravy" instead of Teriyaki ....the meat had to be oldbeing it was mushy like Liver as well, just horrible. They need to shut down. I definitely do not recommend and tbh I shouldhave taken the plate back and got a refund being it cost almost $12.00. NEVER AGAIN - Worst Japanse Grill ever Read more

When I was young my Grandpa gave me a book and told me he hopes I learn from it "Don't sweat the small stuff" and I definitely... learned not to stress on the little things that life throws at ya. That's probably why I try not to write discouraging reviews, especially when it comes to small businesses. If I have a problem I try to bring attention the management before I say anythingabout a business. Eastridge Malls food court doesn't have a lot of options. That's the main reason why I restrict my visitshere. Sad but very true. So over the weekend I found myself at the food court and laid my eyes on Sansei Japan. I thought itwould be just like Sarku Japan found in Valley Fair or Oakridge. They have the same concept down to the colored toothpicks theyuse. It should've been a sign that the food court was packed but no one was at Sansei but we ordered anyway. First the guycooking went into the back to get more chicken/beef. He came back and threw the meat on the grill (Mind you that he didn't haveany gloves on). I tried to tell the lady over the counter but she shrugged it off. I then tried to ask for my money back but shesaid no refunds. When I was watching the guy finish cooking the meat he literally had it on the grill for about 30 seconds. I'mpretty sure meat isn't fully cooked in 30 seconds. I didn't eat it and I'm glad I didn't because I am pretty sure I would've hadfood poisoning. I just want to warn other people thinking about chowing down here. Keep your eyes open! Read more
