Please please don?t go here! You will be glad you didn?t and so will this Chipotle since they hate customers. They close at 9... but actually act like everything?s closed at 8. All tables/chairs upside down, utensils removed, food containers emptiedetc Super less options for our baby and got plain denied asking for vegetarian options. When asked for manager, some teenagerlike adolescent person clearly incompetent and not supposed to be employed even as a server showed up which made no sense. Healso claimed none of the reviews or complaints to Chipotle corporate affected him. He was clear that none of it would directlycome to him and he didn?t care. Yuck! What a place!! Read more

I ordered online, they were 15 minutes late (and other online order people were waiting too). Then 2/3 items were missing all... the toppings we asked for - including guac which is extra $! Also, I?ve never gotten such a tiny sad burrito from a chipotle.The food is edible, but It?s not what we wanted and it was slow to get. Read more

The worst Chipotle ever! Period! No contest! Don?t bother going there. They lose orders constantly and make you wait for... almost an hour just to come back and tell you they don?t have it. The staff is not well trained and reflects poorly on theChipotle Franchise. We?ve have issues repeatedly with this location. If there was negative stars I would give it. Bowl is half full. The meal was very watery. I?ve been to this location 3 times and the quality has just been bad. I wouldn?t... recommend this location until the owner fixes the food prep and customer service. Read more

This is by far the worst chipotle in the area - and unfortunately the closest to us. They were 1hr late preparing our to go... order and then gave us the completely wrong order. The staff went on breaks and into the back constantly, leaving no one outfront working (just one trainee with clearly barely any experience - not her fault at all) when there were 10 people there forpick up (all waiting 30mins+ past pick up time), 8 people in line - no food was ready or coming out. The trainee was kind butthere was one heavy set short woman who was rude and yelling at the trainee and costumers - she even told us she would not makeour orders and to order again. That our pick up order being wrong was our fault because we should have taken everything out ofthe bag opened it and double checked. When I finally got my tacos it was basically empty. Worst service and food quality out ofany chipotle I?ve ever been to. They need a new staff, and new management 100%. The owner is on here saying ?sorry? to thecountless 1 star reviews over the last few months instead of cleaning up his store. Do better before your store shuts down. Read more

The last time we ate at this Chipotle, they were out of a number of ingredients. I suspect that it?s not a supplier issue, but... rather the employees simply do not anticipate what they need in advance, and let the serving bowls ?run dry? before eventhinking of cooking more food to refill them. But yesterday I gave then yet another try. They were not busy, yet we waited inline for 5 minutes before hearing the announcement that they were having difficulties and would not be serving any more food. This was a meet-up of friends, so we all left and went elsewhere. This was the last time I will give this a Chipotle a chance;I?m done with this place, and they have failed me too many times in the past. Read more

Ordered from doordash last night, was starving and wanted Chipotle. I ordered via doordash. Waited 35 minutes for my meal, when... my gfs and my bag came it seemed super light, bag was sealed, no tampering. I was sad to see my $35 meal was half empty in thebowl. Both bowls were cold, looked like they I got someone else?s leftovers from a table in the restaurant. I immediately calledthe store, couldn?t get anyone to pick up the phone, so I went to doordash and got my refund. Ordered double carnitas and didn?t even get a full single serving as well as we ordered barbacoa and didn?t even receive a full... serving. Was given a 1/4 of the bowl in size. We have been to that location before and they were out of both rices pinto beanscarnitas and guac. They seem to never get it right unfortunately. Won?t ever go to that location in person or through Uber eatsagain. Read more
