I was treated extremely rude by a female manager at this restaurant when I asked her to please correct a mistake in my to-go... order. She rolled her eyes and then ignored me, so I asked another person to make it. She then had the audacity to speak anotherlanguage in front of me she thought I didn?t understand while the other coworker remade the item. I asked for the manager andshe said she was. When I told her what she just did was rude, she was condescending and disrespectful and told me to leave. Shedidn?t even apologize for her behavior. I did not yell at her or use foul language. I was polite. I do not even believe she wasthe manager because the other coworker went to the back when he said he needed to speak to the manager and she was not backthere but at the register. Her attitude was disgusting and foul. The ?manager? cannot even own up to her own mistakes. Chipotle,you just lost a regular customer. Do not buy the food. We found dead flea in our veggie bowl. When we show it to manager to act like it?s normal incidence in this... location nobody apologize didn?t get our money back and they said just throw it away. Easily the most subpar Chipotle I've ever been to. They can't even open on time, constantly they open past 11 when 1045 is the... opening time. Their portion size is the smallest out of any Chipotle. If you want to skip the line and wait inside forever, give online order. I arrived the restaurant 25 mins later after I gave my... online order. I waited 40 mins inside to pick up my order. This is a review for my experience 2 months ago. I agree with the other reviewers in terms of portion size. The burrito at this... store is the smallest I have ever had among all the many other chipotle stores I have been to. Price if I remember correctly isalso slightly higher than other stores. I bet the employees are told not to give that much meat.. this is easily fixable.Management needs to know that being cheap on meat is not gonna save them money but will cost them more once more people readreviews.
