Just not as good as it used to be. The line moved slowly due to workers not sure of what they are doing. Things are not taken... care of, such as the forks was empty, the ice was empty, an the trash was overflowing. This was at 5pm, the beginning of thedinner hour. Management should be making sure these things are ready for dinner time. Read more

Been there many times, and this location has always had issues through the years; especially service-wise. (Rude employees, all... tables dirty, sanitary issues, sometimes I'd have to drive 15 minutes to the next location since they were out of basicingredients, etc). Now they'll turn you away unless you order it online, and won't take walk-ins. The wait for online orders? 30minutes. Maybe more. Ridiculous. I've never been turned away at the counter of a restaurant. I feel for the employees, andunderstand just about every Chipotle location is struggling to be adequately staffed rn. But if your restaurant can't servecustomers who walk in, should you still be open? If you're in the West San Jose area, skip this location and go to Campbell. Read more

Ordered ahead of time and treated like garbage when I went to get it. They had either dropped the order or "had someone steal... it". That happens, but they kept ignoring my polite attempts to get their attention. They were rude and made me look againand said it would come, without checking themselves. More time. Again try to get attention while they try to ignore me andwork the incoming customers. Finally they said they put the order in again only to disappear in the back. More time andsomeone new at the front and had to try to get their attention. Meanwhile everyone who had walked in the door with me, whohadn't pre-ordered had their burritos were gone ages ago. 30 minutes. No apologies from anyone . If you enjoy being treatedlike crud, this place is nirvana, avoid it otherwise. Read more

Place was a mess, tables were dirty. There were napkins and straw wrappers on the floor. The ice dispenser was empty, I asked... if they could fill it , the employee asked for my cup and took it to the back of house and filled it full of ice. Then I askedwhy not fill the dispenser, the employee just looked at me , the lady after me asked if she could get ice as well, so theemployee took her cup to the back of house and filled her cup. They were not short staffed. I stopped going to the Camden Ave. store because it is always a mess or they are out of product. Guess I will stop going to this store as well. Read more

Very rude closing manager displayed very bad service. We ordered through online menu and it is not our fault they run out... ingredients. They did not put corn, fajitas, and extra hot sauce on the side as requested. We picked up our order and went home,had to drive back. This is the second time the staff forgot items and showed no professionalism. They had no napkins also.Closing manager refused to give his name, and made it seem as if its our fault. Horrible human being and showed very badattitude, he was rude to my mother no respect for an elderly lady. Don't go to this location!! Worse food service I have everwitnessed. They don't deserve even a 1-star review google. Read more

Pretty bad service experiences overall, one time the manager blocked the doors with chairs and was trying to force people out... because they had ?too many orders.? I understand that it can be overwhelming but you are a restaurant. Let people know therewill be a wait and let them decide for themselves whether they would like to order or not. You cannot simply restrict publicaccess because it?s making your job ?too hard.? I come back the next week to a flyer that they are now only taking onlineorders. The amount of people who have tried to get in and just walked away is funny. I just find it interesting you?re willingto lose business because of your lousy work ethic. What else can possibly go wrong? After I got there I saw they don?t let customers in and there is a sign says ?online order... only?. So since it wasn?t worth it to drive 10 min to the next location, I immediately placed my order online. ?Will be readyfor pick up in 20 min?. Ok. Still bearable. Now I got home and see my order is completely wrong. Whatever I haven?t chosen ononline order page, I can find in my salad. Looks like they just did their routine without checking the actual orders.
