One homeless man was sleeping in the waiting area INSIDE the establishment smelling like urine and another very disgustingly... smelly homeless man was standing in the same area. Several customers left because of this. I don?t blame them - I would haveleft too if we weren?t in a hurry. The lady in the picture said the homeless man (you can see part of him on the left next tothe banner) ordered food when my husband asked her about why they are letting these homeless guys be here and gave him attitudeabout it. She also said they didn?t want to touch the sleeping guy. My husband who used to own a restaurant let her know theycan call the cops to have them escorted out. We paid for our food and left. We also tried to order a couple of things and theyhad ran out of a lot of ingredients so overall the whole experience was just disappointing. I liked the salted caramel pancakesbut it?s not enough to add more stars to the review. Hopefully management grows a pair and gets their stuff together. Read more

Ordered on app. Waited for 20 minutes and then restaurant just started order after I asked about my order. Upd: I got to... restaurant at 12:30 and waited for the whole time in front of cashier desk. On the receipt it says that food was ready at 12:50while I got my food out for pick up only at 1:08pm. Thanks for reply. Changed rating just for the food that was prepared. Thankyou! Read more
Visited at 11pm on a Saturday night and we were seated right away. Great service! Very comfortable chairs. They had a nice... Halloween/Fall background display for family/group pics. We took advantage of the free Slam for our Mother's birthday. I ordered a new Tots menu item for $9.99 then added seasoned beef for an extra $2.29. I was pretty disappointed in the serving size. Thetots were battered and maybe there were 10 tots...there was mostly topping (cheese and sour cream) than anything. Never orderingthat again. Otherwise, it was a lovely evening! Read more
I usually go here during the week for dinner with my family. It's quiet and lots of parking available. When I was in high... school, this place was always packed because of the lack of restaurants in the area. Now a days, you don't have to worry aboutcrowdedness. The service is great, food is okay. SERVICE was TERRIBLE. We were there on Saturday 12/10/22 around 3:20 pm. They barely clean a table and took us there, he did not... even wipe up the table. After seated there for 10 minutes no one came to serve us. So we decided to leave and they did not careat all. Terrible customer service. Save your money and eat elsewhere. Read more
