This is my regular place to order pizza for my kids But today I was shocked by the customer service . I ordered 2 pasta just... with marinara source end when I got home and opened it I saw it has tone of cheese and chicken!!! I?ve been super happy with my local dominoes for years. For the first time tonight I got a completely wrong pizza. Yes, it was... the one that was sent on my confirmation, but I swear it wasn?t what I ordered online. So I called them and they were convincedit was my fault and there was no consideration that this could have been a dominoes backend fault. At least consider that yoursoftware could have a bug. The pizza was very thin the dough was so stretched out even cardboard is thicker than the bottom of the pizza. I understand... covid has been tough but that doesn't mean you should skimp out your customers. Never coming here again, ill make sure that noone i know visits this location. I bring pizza to work and everyone thought i bought the thin pizza and not regular. It's notthe first time this has happened either. Read more
I've ordered quite a lot of pizzas and a few other items from here. They are generally very good and speed of delivery is very... good as well. I've only had a few minor issues (and once got what appeared to be someone else's pizza) but they have alwaysfixed said issues with an over-the-top address to the issue. Our go to pizza place as we are in the vicinity and always have coupons handy. Garlic Bread Twists and Stuffed Cheesy Bread are... the winners. Can go with them any day. Cinnamon Twists too if you?re into sweet twists. Coming to pizza, robust inspired tomatosauce was too robust, unfortunately went with it on all ours. It?s more tangy and some weird different flavor, didn?t like thatmuch. Go for Handmade pizza over hand tossed ones. Read more
