I ordered from them about a two hours, they said that my food was delivered and it was not. I looked outside and it was not... where to be found. I call the Dominos ( 3464 Adeline St Berkeley CA) and the automatic voice told me that they do not have a lotof divers so there is going to be a hour wait to a hour and 30 minutes. I have been on hold for an hour. If you don?t have aenough diver why are u getting still accepting order knowing that there is going to be down there a 3 hour delay for the food toget to a people? Since I ordered my pizza online for an "in-store pickup", I was able to browse and apply the Domino's coupon(s) while creating... my order. Ordering online also allowed me to monitor the pizza's status so that I would know when to pick up the pizza, avoidinglong lines and/or waits. Because the location was downtown and I went before closing, there was a lot of homeless people eitherlingering or asking for a pizza. Not that I have an issue with it, but if you do, don't go there. Don't EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER, ever, tip them before receiving your food. I have been ordering from them for a year... now. Sometimes they're good, sometimes they're bad. Can you guess when they deliver the food, hot, and quickly? That's right,when I refuse to tip before delivery. Every single time, tonight being the worst example, I tip them before delivery, I getcold pizza that gets delivered almost an hour after it gets sent out for delivery. Tonight it took just about an hour. . . Ilive 3 minutes drive away from their location, (off harliss Ave in case you don't believe me), yet for some reason whenever Itip BEFORE delivery I get the worst service I ever experienced with them. My chicken habanero was barely warm. My pizza wascold, not warm, I'm not exaggerating, it was cold. And my cheesy bread sticks are not only cold but hard. How is that evenpossible? I'd have given them 1* if it wasn't for the app offering me a free pizza. Unfortunately I'm moving away and won't beable to use the points because there is no nearby domino's where I am moving To. But who cares about me right? I'm just acustomer who has been buying your food and tipping your drivers, 5-20$, at minimum 3 times a month for a year now. Read more
This is the 3rd time we have ordered from this location. Honestly.. it?s the most fresh and hot pizza from Domino?s we have EVER... had! We have always had friendly delivery drivers who ring the door bell or knock to let us know our pizza has been deliveredand from a distance hear a nice ?Have a great day!? The WORST pizza we have ever had. This was supposed to be a Pepperoni pizza with extra sauce, cheese, mushrooms and half... pineapple. The dough was flat, there was no extra sauce, no extra cheese and no extra mushrooms ... almost no mushroomsentirely. So, the delivery guy was great ...he got them to make another but it was worse than the first one ...they putmushrooms underneath the cheese so the moisture killed the dough. Well, I payed and tipped the delivery guy well, but till theyget someone who can make a pizza right with fresh ingredients, we won't be ordering from this location. RATING: 0/5 1. People who were making pizzas had no gloves on. 2. I ordered a Large pizza with Jalapeno peppers, onions,... olives, red peppers roasted garlic and diced tomatoes. First pizza came with no jalapeno peppers. (Picture attached forboth). 3. Then we called up customer care and they gave us another pizza, now with no olives and no roasted garlic. 5. On top ofthat the delivery guy told us, "Why can you guys not eat without one topping" If thats the case, why does Dominos charge fortoppings ?? Very bad experience in this specific store. My oder number was 34552. It was supposed to be square cut but they cut a pie cut.... So they told me it was gonna take 20 more minutes for the pizza to get ready but that they could cut the pie cut to a squarecut. The cashier said "it?s OK you can eat it." What a Customer Service. The cashier told me that I could take piecut pizza forfree. And then he came back and asked me for that pizza again. In the end I didn?t get my pizza that I was supposed to get andhe also took the pizza that he said it was free. I had to wait 25 minutes in the store and was asked to wait another 20 minutes.Worst Store Management. Read more
