We like this restaurant for their healthy chicken choices that are not fried and their value meals. I like the chicken combos,... tacos and burritos. The chicken soup is very, very good. I also like the sides they offer like salad, beans, etc. The diningroom and bathroom are very clean. They should add coke zero to the soda fountain choices or go to with Pepsi products. Read more
I order a chicken avocado burrito combo and 2 pieces of chicken leg when going in the drive thru in the evening, got charged for... everything mentioned and didnt get my burrito, (check your bags before leaving), not sure if going there again Read more
The place was nice, it was the employees there that were very rude especially Brisa. I was in restroom and she just kept calling... my number in the intercom very sarcastically it was so embarrassing, when I got out I told the manager I was in the restroom andthere was no need for all that childish game. Brisa was playing and I didn't appreciate that she had to sarcastically call mynumber over and over acting so silly while so busy in there and then I asked for one 2 piece meal and one 3 piece meal and intotal we only got 3 pieces of chicken so we were missing 2 pieces of chicken and 2 sides, no napkins no forks or spoons. It wasbad all around. My husband said we work so hard and payed for all this only for you to get embarrassed and not have a fullorder. He was so mad. We are not returning. To the manager and supervisor there teach your employees respect and be mature.There is one saying what you let happen is what you are leading by example so please do better for the young employees so thatcustomers can continue to go there peacefully to order and eat there. This is my most favorite El pollo Loco. This one has better chicken that?s the other El pollo?s. My phone not problem is it is... very busy. Last time it took me 15 minutes for someone to show at the order counter, then another 45 minutes to get my order. Sobe ready to wait. Lately they have been very stingy with the salsa?s. Read more
The always forget to put an item in our bag. First they didnt gave us our chicken in the bag and we went back there to ask for... it and they said we could've taken it so they gave us nothing. And today we ordered a salad and when we got home there was nosalad. The food is good though. Read more

I go Loco for El Pollo Loco when I'm feeling that chicken craving. Other places just don't do it as good as El Pollo Loco when... it comes to chicken. The grilled chicken is just perfection. Other items are also good but the chicken in their burritos, tacos,and taco salads isn't as good as the standalone grilled chicken.
