I am so happy to be a customer. I count macros and John?s meals make thateasy to do. With consistent meals I have been able to lose weight and eat good. The variety of the menu is great. Where do I begin, I?ve been ordering meals through John since way back in the Cafe Gourmet days, and if you?ve been around since... then too, you?ll know the only thing that has really changed is the menu and it just gets better & better every week. The foodis always fresh, tastes amazing, and makes living a healthy lifestyle through diet so easy. I?m an avid gym goer & am veryserious about healthy living so eating clean is a must for me. I?ve been to many other meal prep companies in the past and Imust say, the way Fit Food?s website is setup makes things a breeze & how great the food is they just go hand in hand and can?tbe compared to any of the others. I her john about two years ago, and before I started regularly buying fit food I use to buy his comfort food.his prime Rib meal... that is delicious! Wish he would bring that back once in a while. What I really like about food is I pick up my food from Johnhe?s very kind. He listens to what we want in our food and tries to make sure that the quality ingredients are there & freshnessthe love and care is there that is something I don?t see in a lot of other meal preps you?re just a a number. From what I havetasted in his various meal preps I love almost 95% of what he makes not a turkey person . I am a picky eater but you gotta tryhis shepherds pie so good the shrimp delicious any food dish that has fish is outstanding also the meatloaf. Should of reviewed sooner, but I've been coming here since January. Absolutely love his meals. Saved my waistline and my wallet.... So much flavor but not over powering. I love this food service. The first time I tried it, I was so happy with the food that I kept going back and telling all my... friends about it. It's delivered to my front door. There's a wide variety of choices, including fresh, healthy foods (evenvegetarian items). There are also special options for those with allergies and other dietary needs.
