My friend introduced me to this place and it is amazing. I had a custom made sandwich and had a mozzarella stick inside it. A... mozzarella stick!! Overall very well made and good service. Ménage a Trois on their menu is the best sandwich in the world. But it depends on if the staff is having a good day or not... because they can make a mess of the best sandwich if they aren?t in a good mood. Moreover don?t try to Call to place an orderbecause they won?t pick up ever. Trust me I eat here 3 times a week in the hope they are in a good mood. Lol but during lunchthey are too busy to pick up calls and in the evening they are too light staffed to pick up phone calls. If they stuck to therecipe and made the ménage a Trois with consistency that sandwich alone would put other sandwich shops out of business.Apparently today there are four people working this evening but as always they never picked up the phone. The guy who lookedliked the manager has an open sparkly drink right next to food prep , sweaty footballler walks in , in his shorts and theremaining two kept slogging. Moral of the story, for success go in an order and hope they will make a good sandwich the day yougo in. My sandwich today was dry. I will still continue eating here. First time at this Ike's location, I have been to other locations before. This store is in Santana Row right next to the movie... theater. Does attract lot of customers. Sandwiches are great as usual. They have halal meat options and also have manyvegetarian sandwich choices on the menu. Service was friendly and pretty good. Always a fan of Ike's sandwiches. I always love coming to Ike?s! It?s my favorite sandwich shop in the area. I?ve lived here my whole life and this particular... location is actually brand new - really enjoyed my experience though. Very clean, not too busy even being right Santana row.PLENTY of parking since they just installed a new parking garage here and it?s right next to the restaurant. Got my food quicklyand was able to go out and walk around lovey Santana Row! Read more
Ike's never disappoints with their sandwiches. Location and ambience of this Ike's truly adds to the taste. Outdoor seating is... good. Near to Splunk and the new Blue Jeans headquarters. But, its too pricey. Read more
