Busy location, especially after a High School football game on a Friday night after 10pm. It was difficult to find parking and... the drive thru line was very long. It moved pretty fast but we decided to park (several spaces were available near the entrance,which we only discovered as we were just about to give up on finding a parking) and go inside. Fast service. Food and drinkswere delicious. Great service and great food! Read more

I like going to in n out but often times I'm missing items or get the wrong order, or if I order certain types of onions they... come the opposite or like one time no onions at all. I'm still giving a fair review because of the customer service number whenI call to explain what happened, they are really caring and kind and make up for the sad frustrating experience. I'd like tonote quality is everything and I feel it's lacking on the fries, frequently they are soggy and cold. I order them crispy andthey're still cold and a bit less soggy but not crispy. I hope management sees this and improves the fry quality. Read more
