This is the best In-N-Out in San Jose! I like how much faster they are, and that they are friendly. Even when the line is long,... I have never waited 30 minutes to an hour, like I do at other ones. My order is always correct, my fries are always hot, and mygrilled cheese is always great! I never have missing food or an order wrong since I've been going here. Read more
Take away experience was overall great. Came by on a Thursday night and used the drive through, and was pleasantly surprised at... how warm the staff at this locale was, from start to finish. I had the double double, and animal fries to go and it was awesomeas heck. The line moved rather quickly but still took awhile. The dining in area from outside looked really clean and nice. Read more
For the fast food place, it's good. The place is clean and the service is always fast (Cottle Road). We usually park the car... and walk in but at times I see a long line of cars so be aware if you drive through. Read more
Service was great, counter staff remembered my order number after a false call and delivered the order directly to the table... when it was ready. That's not a huge deal, but for the staff member to take that extra step while in the lunchtime rush made thevisit much more enjoyable. Other than that this In&Out stands with the rest as a clean place with the typical high qualityfood. Read more
The food is very good, but the service was very bad. I was order from Drive-through , and I ordered one hamburger and that lady... ordered four hamburgers for me. Than I ordered the animal fries but she ordered the fries,I corrected her for my order and herattitude was very bad, like I did something wrong .I'm a big fan of In Out and love it, but this service makes me so sad.Everyone in this place used to be friendly, but today's people don't know what makes them so unhappy. If you live east of Texas you might not know how great this place is because they aren?t any that far East. You can?t beat a... burger made with 100% fresh ingredients and never frozen patty. The formula is so simple the food taste the same in every city.It?s fresh and delicious. Don?t forget the fries. They are cut and fried right in front of you and served to you nice andhot. There is a secret menu but there another little secret. If you?re trying to cut down on carbs order your burger proteinstyle. I always do. Without the bun you might not get full so order a three by three (3X3) It?s three patty?s separated by threelayers of cheese wrapped in lettuce. Tough to say something about the best fast food burger around that hasn?t already been said. Im lucky to live near two In n Out... burger restaurants. The Cottle Av location is my favorite. The staff are super friendly and attentive to your specific order.The drive thru line is manageable altho you gotta make sure you clear the large boulders at the start of the drive-thru I?veseen two cars take out body panels cutting the corner. They?re open late-like into the wee hours. The parking lot is fairlysmall but there?s a large lot nearby. There?s also a city park across the street if you want to make it a picnic. Read more
