FRIED PLASTIC STRAW IN MY SANDWHICH Staff must be throwing straws in the fryer for fun. Had a fried plastic straw in my chicken... sandwich and tried to call about getting a refund and they didn't pick up for 3 full tries. Also the voicemail box is full. I love me some Jack in the Box. Taco's, Sourdough Jack and the shakes! I just have a hard time when I order a soda and tell them... the soda taste flat and they say, do you want a different one. Yes, but it's all going to be flat. When you call them, theyNEVER answer the phone. Bad customer service. I went through the drive through on Bernal Rd at 4:00 am and the lady over the intercom told me they were closed?.but their... hours are 24 hours it says?hmmm strange?also weird that there was someone there to say ?we?re closed??sounds like lazy peoplethat don?t want to work to me. Doesn't seem too busy inside. It's mostly drive through during the evening hours. Need access code for restrooms which allows it... to stay decent enough to use. Plenty of parking and tables Read more
