To be honest, third sandwich doesn't taste great. My guess is that the beef is processed beef because it doesn't taste like... beef at all. I told the black guy making sandwiches that I only saved mayonnaise however he splash 2 bottles of liquid andother spices, so I guess they do what they want not what the customer asks for. I though I had a piece of paper in mysandwich but it was cheese, paper thin cheese. Their prep area was so dirty and after every sandwich the throw away so muchlettuce but the liquid from the bottles stays on the table so my sandwich is very wet in the bottom. Rude indifferent staff. Focused on door dash/ online orders. Not welcoming in the least. Not offered a bag, was made to feel... like I was inconvienceing them. Ordered the same sandwich I get from other locations and was nowhere near company standards.Just stay home if you don't want to work. Will not visit again. Read more
Tried JM for the first time last week. Got #8. And I was a little apprehensive the "juice" they put on the subs.. I was super... impressed. Went again today and it was just as good.. Top sandwich for me right now. Idk why it took me so long to come here. But man I'm happy I did. Read more
Ordered the roast beef and provolone through the app. First have to say amazed at the staff for the attentiveness to my food... allergy. This is the first time ever eating out and not getting sick. I was disappointed that the roast beef was really dry itseemed and made the sandwich very hard to eat. Other then that everything was great. Read more
Ordered on line for two sandwiches for lunch takeout. Gave me an approximate time of twenty minutes for pick up. When arriving... the order was not ready and a large line for in store ordering had formed. The staff advised me I had to wait an additional 15minutes. Understood because of the line was large but finally got my order when the in store line was pretty much taken care of.The sandwiches were made correctly and were delicious. Read more
I had the club Supreme (#9) which has turkey, roast beef and provolone. I found it to be a little on the bland side. Definitely... needs something like mustard on it. Next time I'll see how the cheesesteaks are. Read more
I bought five sandwiches and asked for a carry bag. But they said no, instead stuffed all in one little bag. Also I don?t like... my veggie get prepped on the same flat form with other meat sandwiches. I will not come back to this sandwich shop. Read more
