Service for me was good. Staff sent food out quick and were courteous. Would go back as I sometimes do.
I love my East side but this place was slow service was polite but I ordered before 2 other people and it seemed to take... wwaaaaay longer than every one elses it wasnt much drink just tasted like water.. couldnt really enjoy eating due to the workbeing done. Perhaps when work will be done put a sign and close the sitting areas.. Quality of service has been going down, it used to be good service, but now, they don't seem to like helping their customers,... the food still taste good, prices are a little on the high side, but not overpriced. Read more
Our chicken that we purchased tonight was bad it was pink inside and the Batter was still clumpy on the inner part if the skin... very disappointed in the meal and our biscuits were doey not going back to this KFC anymore this us the one on Story Rd. andTully Rd. Read more

This KFC may have been having a bad day, but it was the worst one I have had the misfortune of visiting , the tables were dirty,... my seat was sticky, they seemed to have had a plumbing issue and the location smelled of sewage, and even though they hadcleaned up whatever spill they had, nothing was put back even though everything was dry, the order was messed up to boot. Ireluctantly ate my meal and left because I was in a hurry. The food was properly cooked and was good. But I would stay clear ofthis place. Read more
