A Rose Garden hidden little gem. The food is excellent and the staff is friendly. Prices are more than reasonable. Great indoor... and outdoor seating. The salsas are fresh and delicious. The menu is extensive and ranges from street tacos to large dinnerplates with tortillas. If you like cumin I recommend their Chile Verde plate. One of the best I have tasted. We were celebrating a birthday and sat in the patio area. There was 14 of us and pre arranged the birthday celebration. Due to... short staffing and another party that was their earlier, we did not get the larger area for our party. We ended up with onelong table and 2 round tables at one end. Seating was a little awkward. Service was slow, but again they were short staffed.Everyone enjoyed their meals. Food was good. Outside tables just need to be replaced or painted because a few looked like theywere dirty, but it was just peeling paint. Hopefully they will be better staffed in the future. Read more
So disappointed. We used to love going here. It's in our neighborhood and we loved the patio and the food. Now however, it's... incredibly overpriced and the quality has severely gone down. Hoping this was a one time thing. To give you an idea of how overpriced, the salsa and chips in the picture I'm attaching cost me almost fifteen dollars. The salsa was nine. Hoping thingschange. Very good authentic food. They have a nice outdoor seating area and the employees are very friendly. We had a party of 8 and... they took us in in less than 5minutes. I do wish the serving portions were a little bigger. But overall I would recommend anddefinitely visit when in the area again. Read more
Really happy to have discovered Las Cazuelas in the Rose Garden of San Jose - truly a hidden gem! The menu is extensive and... since this was my first time, I decided to order two super tacos: chicken and chile verde, both were delicious but loved thechile verde especially because the meat was so flavorful and tender.
