Customer service are not reliable, I'm waiting for almost 5 minutes but didn't attend me.
Cheating store. I buy 20 mc chicken nuggets. But they put only 9 pieces ea h box. So, total only 18. This happen for me 5... times. Before i dont care much because i think they do too fast and has mistake. But everyweek i bring my kids to shopping malland eat McDonald when i order mc chiken nuggets is happen. So, 5 time straight, i dont think just a mistake. They cheat tosteal people money. Read more

I went to Eastridge to go shop. McDonald's was in the food court. I just love their hamburgers ???? and French fries ???? they... are so delicious ????. It is a very good mcdonalds store in the bay area.French fries was so delicious ????.love its filet O fish . You can buy... Mchicken with a good deal and reasonable price. You can get large cup of soda just for $1. I think they have deals all thetime. Customer services aren't that bad . Just I don't like its coffee. That's why I give them four stars. Read more

Regular McDonald?s policies don?t apply here. Even manager is either unaware or acting being unaware. All McD provide free... refill on large sodas but this one doesn?t. It?s not about the cost of the soda but company wide policy should be honored. Read more
