Ordered drinks for the car ride home. Only reason I gave 3 stars for service is because I ordered with the app before entering.... Just 2 drinks and a fries. I was on the road. I went in for an iced coffee, it was a caramel iced coffee.. I don't normally have flavored coffees, it was... okay! This McDonald's was actually kind of one of the nicer ones in the area of Stevens Creek boulevard I had to use thebathroom also which was very clean. A lot of parking..Was ample room for dining in or out. The location was near the Safeway.There's a Bill's restaurant there also. Read more
I doubt there's some fishy things they hide in the bathroom here. The manager who worked at 9:30pm to 10:00 pm on Wednesday 26th... October 2022 did not allow me to use the restroom as an act of discrimination he says he was the manager and started usingracial slurs at me and cursing when I asked him why. He said he cleaned it that's why even though it's open he couldn't letanyone use it. He was chit chatting and giving away free food to someone parked outside. Took overly long, in my opinion, to get me my drink that I ordered using the mobile app. Should have been no waiting since how... much time does it take to get one drink for one customer? Perhaps there are not enough workers at that time to be efficient. Read more
We ordered for curbside pickup, a guy brought our order out, we said thanks, and he like completely ignored us. This was weird... cause people at McDonald's are usually very nice. Maybe he lacks training or something. Read more
Should I be surprised there were tons of bad reviews about this particular McDonald's?? First of all, this is the very first... food service place that the employees don't have gloves on especially during this time (COVID-19). Came to satisfy my sweet tooth with a coke and ice cream cone. But surprise surprise, the Ice cream machine is down, again. I?ve... finally learned my lesson and won?t be coming here or any other McDonald?s in the Bay Area. Employees are lazy and unmotivated.They don?t even have apple pies or cookies!
