Dirty, slow, petty. Witnessed them drop my cup and lid on the ground and instead of tossing it out. Filled it and handed to me.... Always takes forever to get the food here. Would save time by driving to a different further away McDonald?s and just waitingthere. Latest pleasure was showing up at 1:55 and being told that breakfast burritos weren?t available after closeting they weresupposed to be available until 2. Healthy if only order beef and fish
I went to the female restroom just to wash my hands after I ordered. Two booths were full and some woman who used the toilet,... and flushed it left without washing her hands. I also left the rest room and I was right behind her and saw her walking to thekitchen! It was disgusting that she as an employee working in the kitchen didn't wash her hands and I truly believe it was nother first time. I reported it to the manager and he said he would make sure his employees follow the rules but I know people donot change. She walked out of the rest room as she has done that million times without any hesitation. Disgusting! Read more
They can improve service a bit for a while they didn't have change to give you back u had to use your credit card.

Save those pennies folks! $$$$$$$$ it's McDonald's keeping up with the times. Drive through was quick on a Friday night 6 ish.... Same taste and flavors. 2 big Mac meals, a 2 cheese burger meal, a spicy chicken sandwich, and a mcdouble cheese burger. Mediumsize meals. $39 something. I ordered food on my McDonalds Mobile App and selected ?drive-thru? as pickup and when I gave them the Code which had two... alphabet and two number, they told me that it was not the right code for them and demand that I cancel my order on my App, so Iasked how to cancel since I didn?t know how to do it on my app. Then she told me to call them, so I said what?s the number andshe told me to google for the McDonald?s app customers service and have them cancel my order. They are so rude! why should Ihave to do that, it?s not my problem if their machine?s not working right. They tried to tell me that it was my fault for notchoosing the right pickup selection and that I should not pick ?drive-thru? but to come in or do curbside pickup only. The ladyat the drive through window was very rude and the manager/supervisor was very rude. Then at the end they tell me sometimes?drive-thru? doesn?t work on the App. I tried to save time by going drive-thru but ended up wasting my time since I had to parkand stay in line and place another order at the door. Clean, well lit facility makes this McDonald stand out. It went through some innovation during the pandemic. It is also not too... crowded like some other locations nearby. Read more
