Menchie's in the San Jose airport. What a great idea. And it's just as good as my local Menchie's. However, there's only ten... flavor available. But that does include vegan, gluten free, and low sugar. Talk about toppings. There are at least a dozenavailable. Check-out is easy. They weigh, what you have selected, and charge by the ounce. Things can get a bit expensive ifyou fill the cup. Two flavors, from the same machine can be automatically mixed. In case you wondered, I live in EncinoCalifornia, close to Menchie's University. In front of one of the class rooms is an operating store. They try out new flavorsall the time. My favorite is vegan vanilla. Yes, I'm that conservative. This is an airport location so you must have a ticket, and pass through TSA security to enjoy these cool tastes. Wheelchair accessible. Bathrooms are located off the hallway a fewsteeps from Menchie's. Read more

Nobody is ever at the register, they take the bowls away so you can't start to get something so someone has to ring you up. I'm... in and out of this airport several times a week and the last 6 months have had a sharp decline in service. Avoid until theowner of the franchise starts to care. Read more

I was here o a month Monday Sep 22 to be exact. It was closed at or before 7pm. This place isn't worth the effort along with... this effort. They call this silicon valley but the restaurants seems to be sub par and this yogurt establishment even workersnearby weren't sure why it was closed. Read more

I was so excited to try this place out because of all the raved reviews and pictures on instagram but it wasn't as amazing as I... thought. The blue velvet was way too sweet, it was like eating a spoonful of sugar and I thought that the blueberries tastesweird??? The macaron sandwiches were delicious though. Pricey but overall, worth it. It definitely lives up to the hype. Irecommend the salted caramel and thai tea. They're the best flavors in my opinion. I really wanted to try the grasshopperbecause I'm a big fan of chocolate and mint but they ran out when I was there. I thought the interior would be bigger but it'sactually very small and crowded. Love this place, I just wish it was closer to where I lived. Read more

Straight up the product is fantastic. The reason for the one star is the older lady that tends to the register. She?s not a... friendly person and seems very upset to be there. Not a Hello or a Thank You. Or even a Youre Welcome when I thanked her. Hugeturn off. Might not come back if I see her tending the place. Read more

I absolutely love Menchie's but this one almost ruined it for me. I started coming here for the Pineapple Dole whip since it... seemed almost impossible to find it anywhere else, but the Dole whip here... the texture was *completely* off which kind ofruined the flavor for me. The toppings are almost always depleted, and even if they're not, they just look like they've beensitting out for weeks. They don't participate in the Smileage program (they're obviously expensive since they're in an airport)and the service is not friendly (that is, IF, there's actually someone there). Half the time I don't even know where theMenchie's employee is because they seem like they're always hiding in the back. Read more
