The sushi here is delicious. I only had the pleasure of experiencing one roll (Rainbow Blossom) and Baked Mussels because I was... on a quick lunch visit. The service was great and I was seated rather quickly but that was also do to there being no rush andplenty of seating. I was served miso soup prior to the mussels and sushi but once I ordered, each item was delivered quickly.The mussels were super tasty and came right off the shell. No fighting trying to bite them off which I liked. All the toppingsslid right off with the mussel too. Yumm! The Rainbow Blossom roll was delicious with the deep fried scallops on top! The fishwas very fresh tasting and soft. Melted in my mouth. I would definitely visit again and I plan to so I can other rolls!
