Like last time, they screwed us again. This time they gave us the wrong pizza. And when we brought it back they couldn't find... the correct one. So someone else got our pizza. And we had to wait for another. Worst of all, there was zero customer service.Really bad training. She kept working on some other orders after we reported it. Then we had to ASK for some type of resolution.WTH. Lastly the pizza was soggy. My guess because they have so many orders and only limited oven space, so they bake themfaster than they should. I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of this location. We arrived shortly after they opened and the place looked like... it had been open for 24 hrs.The lights above the topping bar are covered in dust and the soda station was a complete disaster.None of the specialty drinks were available, the teas were at the bottom of the barrel, and the entire counter was dirty. So I was just at the location on cottle, and I noticed before even ordering my own pizza that there were several other pizza... being burnt. There were three workers, two of them were doing their jobs and one was on the phone the entire time. The one onthe phone was the one burning the pizzas and touching the pizzas with her hand and no gloves on. The. When I went to call andcomplain, I?m pretty sure the one that was on the phone while I was there was the one that answered. Her name is Megan, I lether know what happened and how I could have had allergies and in touching one pizza and going to the next could have causedcross contamination and she replies with okay and that was it. Good selection of bases and toppings. Plenty of options for low calorie, high protein high carb etc.
Every time I come to this location, they are out of something. One time it was white sauce and the past two times has been the... lemonade. The tables outside were grimy and need a thorough cleaning. Also, the air conditioning was broken so it was HOT & Ifeel bad for the employees trying to work around a fired up oven with no air conditioning???? My wife loves their cauliflower crust and fresh veggies. And I love their traditional (but still thin!) crust loaded with spicy... chicken sausage topping. For less than what you spend at upscale pizza places, we get a nice pizza night out with livelyambience and outdoor seating. Read more
I was new to the area and was looking for a good quick pizza place. Well I had to look no further than this place. They have... amazing pizza, no doubt about that. Shakes are amazing and they even sell alcohol. However, they did give our order out to thewrong person and had to make us a brand new one. But the quality of the food still outweighed the hopefully one-time error.Still come back every now and then and I'm impressed still. Read more
