Poor customer service. The cashier tool a long time to place my order. Not coming back.
When i initially called to order the lady was really rude and hung up on me because i didn't add the tip to the pmt. Because i... assumed when i sign i can add it. I ordered a large pizza, 3 appetizers 3 wings, 3 mozzarella sticks and 3 jalapeñopoppers. The pizza was cold with NO SAUCE. The appetizers were under cooked and tasted frost bit. $All for $65 I called and toldthem. A guy said bring it back I'll give you another one. I said no thank you I just want my money back. He said he can't giveme a refund. He said call back and talk to the manager. I asked for the managers name and he said just call back and hung up onme. This is the 2nd time I've ordered here and this place is disgusting. And unprofessional. Never again Read more
Super rude staff (Guy working there cursed at me). Bad quality food. They also charge more for the exact same thing you'd order... at another Mountain Mike's. Small combination pizza and 6 wings were 35 dollars. The exact same thing was 27 at the BlossomHill location. This place is shady. Save your money and your time and go elsewhere. I wish I could give less than 1 star,this place doesn?t even deserve the 1 star. I'm so disappointed at the person who thinks it's ok to curse at customers. Wow. The pizza was good for pan pizza. The prices are good for the pizza and the ingredients were fresh. The disappointing part was... the $9.99 we paid for these sad excuses for boneless barbecue wings. They were glorified chicken nuggets with hardly any sauceat all. Would go back for pizza but don't order the boneless wings! Read more
This place is always very clean and the workers always really nice! The pizza here is always fresh, hot and delicious! And 50%... off on Tuesdays!! Never had a bad pizza here. My husband loves the Hawaiian chicken luau and I love the snowy alps. And we bothlove love love the the McKinley!! Read more
This is a great Mountain Mike's pizza location. It's clean, employees are friendly and decent pizza. Every Tuesday they offer... 50% off all pizzas (except the Mountain and the personal). They offer dine in, pick up or deliver. There are plenty of TVs anda private room for parties. Plenty of food options including a salad bar. Read more
First time here...they don't serve pizza by the slice?! This in itself was enough to turn me around ...but I thought I'd give it... a chance. The guy at the counter offered a mini pie ... @ $6.50 which is about the size of a small slice with circumferentialcrust and less of the good stuff. Also, its cut up into 6 tiny awkward slices so stuff falls off the side as you pick a slicewhich is the size of a nacho chip! Why bother slicing?? Toppings were good and tasty. So, overall Ok. Ruined my son's birthday party. I placed an order for 5 pizzas for delivery to a birthday party at 10:54am for delivery at... 11:45am. The location was to the address of Rockin Jump San Jose, and I added notes including the name of the location and thename and number of the party inside where it should be delivered. By 12:00 the pizza still had not arrived. I called and theperson I spoke to spoke very quickly and confusingly, saying he didn't know the location the order was supposed to go to. Afterawhile I determined that they had delivered the pizza to the wrong location. The person I spoke to admitted this immediately andsaid something about his brother delivering the pizza to the "a building" where he had left them by a door that had just closedand wouldn't open. He would not tell me where this location was. He promised that the pizzas were being re-made and would bedelivered in 15 minutes (the location was 5 minutes away). He wouldn't stop to listen to the correct address to deliver thepizzas despite my asking multiple times where they were being delivered. 12:15 the pizzas still were not there. I called againand was told the driver was out with the pizzas, still would not confirm the correct address, not to where this second batch wasgoing nor to where the first had been sent. I asked for the delivery driver's phone number and was told my number would be givento him and he would call me. No one ever called, not once, throughout this to check on this order. They claimed multiple timesthat they had "tried" to call me; I received no calls and was lied to each of the three times that I called to check on theorder. The pizzas arrived at 12:45, 1hr late and after the venue for our party had closed (we had a birthday party at RockinJump from 10:45 to 12:45). This is absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced in over a decade as a Mountain Mike'scustomer (mostly the Sunnyvale and Palo Alto locations).
