Missing one more drink. And the charge for it
We did not get our entire order. When I called they kept me on the phone for 7 minutes only to tell me I needed to take pictures... of my food, the time I ordered, the exact time I came in, the description of the person that gave me the food and he wasn?t surethat he would be able to give me my 4 missing eggrolls that I paid for but did not receive until he checked the cameras. We live20 miles away and could not drive back for 4 egg rolls at 9:30pm at night. We are talking about $8 worth of eggrolls. Not askingfor my meal for free, but treated like we were thieves. I have now spent close to 40 minutes dealing with this. It isridiculous. Read more
Good food. Mediocre service. The ice machine was broken and tables were not cleaned off as quickly as people came and went.
We go here quite a bit but we have noticed that little by little the portion sizes are getting smaller and smaller... I paid and... extra $1.25 for the shrimp and only got 4 shrimps... The 2 stars are because the food is good and Raul is super nice. But when Iopened this and saw how little there was I was very disappointed. Happened to be in the neighborhood and saw this new location , got some to go. The restaurant is pretty clean and good decor. ... However, at around 5:30pm on a Saturday, it wasn't busy , therefore, the food displayed seemed a bit "old", did not look veryfresh. They tasted okay. Didn't like the beef though, very tough. Food as expected. chow mein with super greens bowl is really good and does not drag you down afterwards.
