Very disappointed with staff reaction towards my requests during the past 2 visits. 1. The MGR was taking orders because he was... short on staff & then he went on to cook to replenish 2 Entree that I & a gentleman ordered. I ordered the 3 Entree meal & theHoney Walnut Prawns got ready after 5 Minutes of receiving the food container. The MGR had clearly marked my food containerindicating it's a 3 Entree order, so when I saw my 3rd dish ready, the Honey Walnut Prawns, I went & asked the lady at theCounter for it, instead of helping me, she went & asked the guy on the register to confirm my story (as though he'd remember me)I repeatedly asked her to confirm with the MGR as I emphasized to him & I knew he'd surely remember me, yet she refused to askthe very person who's know me & she was acting like she's trying to get out of a maze!!! I'm looking at her & Keep saying, justask the MGR but for some reason she didn't want to confirm with the 1 person who could confirm my request. So even if I waslying about it, their 3rd container is SUPER TINY, so it won't hurt you to satisfy a customer by giving them what they'reclaiming; that is considered going over & beyond to keep your customer satisfied with your service. 2. Last night, they had ranout of the exposed forks by the soda machine, so I'm asking her to give me some utensils that are clearly visible right behindher, she tells me to go grab one from the other area by the soda machine; she walks out from behind the counter to see if I'mlying about it, then she comes back & hands me 2 sets!!! ???????????? I was like, is this girl for real??? I'm asking for simpleutensils, just give them to me, EVEN IF THERE WAS some where you put the exposed once, why do you have to walk out & away fromyour post to check on the truthfulness of what I'm saying to you??? Don't expect your order is ready for pickup orders. They don't do your order until you show up. Expect to wait 20 minute even if... your pickup time already past. The manager and workers didn't care if you have to wait. Read more
I waited for 45 minutes. For 45 minutes I watched customers come in, order, and leave. Come in, order, and leave. Come in,... order, and leave. While my wife and kid waited in the car. For 45 minutes. I placed an online order, pickup at 5:30, and Iwaited 45 minutes for my order to actually be prepared and hit my hands. Do not order online at this location. Read more
First time ordering at this location. Ordered half fried rice and half fried noodles. For main course, I had eggplant and... fried tofu with mushroom chicken. Had to ask for utensil before leaving. The food is decent. The service can be better. Read more

It's Panda Express and it's gotta be awesome. As any other panda express, it has tasty dishes at good prices. There are big... lines during peak times. People were tasting samples of each and every dish when we were in line, that was little annoying, butthat's what the chain offers. Even then the line was moving fast.
