The portion that they give out to you is just so small. I mean just look at this.
The food is good, the staff is nice, but they are terrified and you have to go through a gauntlet of homeless people blocking... the door, and two of them in the restaurant one passed out right were you order food and the other walks around and begs peoplefor food or money, the staff does nothing. I asked one why and they said they are not allowed to call police or confront them. I will never go there again until this is solved. Read more
Food is fine, service is OK but their ice/drink machine is always broken. and they simply won't address the issue and don't tell... you until you've played for your food and absolutely will not offer anything for the inconvenience. District management needs tointervene as the local manager is unwilling or able to address the going problem Read more
Don?t come to this one. They usually give out much smaller portions than other locations. There was one time they just forgot to... put in one of the three things I ordered. Save your money and go to a different location. Read more
Such a slow service. If you are in hurry to get food never land here. At any given time one entree or either the chowmein will... be missing and they dont restck it immediately . So slow literally . All these boxes are waiting for one or the other thing Read more
I go to this spot every once in a while and compared to what i normally get this is the worst plate i have ever had... Severely... inportioned me on meat compared to usually and all of the noodles were cut small with tons of veggies as if it was the last ofthe bag/pot at that point throw it out..... Or give it to someone for free as not to waste it Its not just me the other twopeople that went with me had exactly the same problem... Altogether it just comes off as the mangement/owners beingcheap. Wont return for quite a while until im willing to give it another chance. Went to this location at 630 pm and left with my food @ 652pm! The line was moving so slow! There was only 1 person taking... orders. Two other employee's were helping with the entrees and the cash register. There was about 10 people ahead of me and ittook me 17 minutes just to wait for my turn to give them my order and the remaining time to pay. We've been to other PElocations and there's usually 2 people alternating taking orders to speed up the line. Also, there was a woman asking to speakwith the manager because the 2 other employee's were just standing around waiting for the 1st person to take orders and givethe customer rice or chow mein. Other than the wait, the food was delicious. The teriyaki chicken was tender and juicy. Thehoney walnut ???? was crunchy but the fried ???? was bland. I don't think we'll be back to this location! The lines are always super long and the customer service sucks. When I got home I was missing an entree and they charged me for... something I didn?t even order, never going here again. Read more
