Poke is one of my favorites. Tried a bowl tonight, didnt do it for me. Flavor wasn't there and it had a weird aftertaste. ... Liked the miso soup. Willing to visit again in the future, but it won't be my first pick. Read more

My friends and I have been regulars here. Logan is amazing, remembered what we get usually and even the flavors. And of course... the poke is the best. I love the options present here and can never get tired of eating here. On a side note, the place has agreat vibe too. There?s lot of room to sit and they play cool music. Read more

The store was locked and only allowed online orders. Upon receiving my food, I had asked for utensils to eat at the nearby... park. The employee said he was not allowed by the manager to include utensils unless explicitly added to the order on theapp. So I placed an order on the app for utensils and waited 10 minutes, not knowing if it would even be fulfilled. Asridiculous as it sounds, this shows how stingy and uptight the restaurant is.. it?s not obvious for customers to even see theoption to add utensils to their order. The portions were extremely small for the price ($20 for a large bowl, but equivalent toa small or medium at other poke restaurants). Overall the food was delicious, but the customer service and experience was acomplete letdown. If the experience could be improved I will happily be a return customer. Read more

Very mediocre. The scoops were small, there was fewer topping selection than other places, and they charged extra for masago.... Worst of all the rice was just bad, too dry and hard and not enough vinegar. Skip this place. There are much better places likePoke House near by. Hell the Safeway poke at Rivermark is better than this. Read more

I just feel discriminated for the staff. The store was alone and I believed the service was first comes first served. After I... arrived and started to order, arrives another lady, and the guy in the front started to serve her at the same time than me. Ithought It was ok but he makes me wait several time even when my order was finished. He never asked me if he can attend at thesame time to the other lady for courtesy, who supposed to know about this is a first come first served company. Anyway, I triedto not take it seriously but he makes me feel not welcome and ignored. I can say there are ways to the people try todiscriminate you without words. It was my favorite food, but now I can't eat it. Read more

I ordered a regular bowl with 2 proteins and I got salmon and ahi tuna for the proteins. 1.The rice was cooked unevenly and some... part of the rice was too hard and some was too sticky. It didn't taste like sushi rice. 2. The fish wasn't cut throughly. When Itry to eat the fish, there was a white thin skin that remain on the fish which was hard to chew and swallow it. I understandduring the COVID times business has been impacted but I hope they will improve. Read more
