Aesthetic little corner and great selection of boba milk teas and beverages.
Unfortunately I have to leave some ratings, so a star it is. I wish there's a no star option. We came in a Sunday afternoon.... Only 1 staff. Seriously, 1???! The girl seemed competent but not sure if she could comprehend English since I asked for themanager's phone number and the response was "no we don't have anything like that" and walked away. Anyways, it was 40 mins totalfrom receipt to pick-up. Mind you not...the name of the store: QUICKLY. The first time we approached the counter, the femalestaff pointed to the sign :"short staff please be patient." The second time we wanted to cancel our order of 1 drink and 1appetizer. She said "sorry, it's coming." Then she went to the back of the store and stayed for a few minutes came out with ourfries and boba milk tea. Enough said of their service. Obviously it's operational problem derived from insufficient staffing.Food quality is another thing to address. But let's not waste your time on reading on. Bottom line, we would never come back.And we'd like to let others beware of their service and quality, the frustration that's unnecessary. Just went today and they got rid of their discount drink specials. Now there is no reason to go there when there's a Gong Cha... right next to the food court. Better to pay a dollar or two more for a higher quality drink. Read more

This place is awesome they have quick snacks food and delicious Boba tea. The pricing is really good too.
The employee was so nice and friendly. We got Thai iced tea, classic milk tea and Carmel milk tea. The Carmel milk tea was not... a hit with the person in our party who ordered it, and the employee gladly made us a new tea- chocolate milk tea this time. Drinks and food are delicious!!! However, don?t like it when prices are different via location. Q at Milpitas for popcorn... chicken rice bowl is $7.50. Q at eastridge is $8.99! Wth?! Not cool! Drinks prices are different too! Edited: Also, theingredients and size of the popcorn chicken bowls are different too! Eastridge is larger with sauce over rice.
