The food is great. But they don't have enough hands to serve the customers.

We went for the endless shrimp only to find out the price went from 17.99 to 23.99. Then come to find out instead of 2 sides... like we use to get they reduced it to one side and only 2 choices of shrimp instead of 3. We waited almost 30 minutes afterordering to get our meal. Then when we asked for more they would only do one type at a time. So we wait. And we get 6 shrimpscampi. Now we ask again for more shrimp and wait another 17 minutes get the next one. 6 more shrimp. Of course I am frustratedjust waiting for 6 shrimp with these prices and cutting back on what you get is just too much. I will not be returning any timesoon. Too bad I use to love this place. I had not been to this Red Lobster before, but my sister insisted so we went. It was crowded. Waited to be seated about 25... mins. Our waiter was slow. Biscuits were hard, too crumbly and dry. We ordered 2 orders of Fish and Fries (Friday special) and 2plates of the shrimp special. My mom and sister enjoyed the shrimp with bacon special. My nephew got fish and fries... his foodcame first ... hot fresh and good. Then my fish and fry plate came ... cold fries and RAW fish! Yuck. Returned plate to cookagain... plate came back after I talked to my waiter and the manager ...30 mins later. Everyone was done eating in my party. Icould not eat my fish and fries. They were hot and cooked through but I just packed it all to go. Disappointed. I was givencoupon to return from the manager... maybe when and if I return I can give a better review. Read more

Came for lunch. Nice and quiet spot on a Thursday afternoon. Lots of lunch specials during the week! Ordered Lobster bisque,... Caesar salad, popcorn shrimp, shrimp scampi, and fried flounder. I think the oil might have been a little low temp, could havebeen a little crispier but overall a delicious and quick lunch. Yum! Read more

Ive never been here before just came to get a cold one. The inside was very dark like a drive bar . restaurant looks very old... school. Didnt order any food. My server christain c. Was very nice and attentive. The beer was nice and cold. And under 6$ for6.2% thats wat i like. Only bad thing was he gave me a lime slice that was yellow. Yellow means it was pretty old . Besides thatnot bad place for drinks. Big a plus for nice cold AC didn't try the food that's why I gave two star but if you're looking for adrink maybe stop by here not a big crowd Read more

The service was good and the food was even better. I've been eating at this same location fir over 30 years and it's still as... good as the first time I ate here. I highly recommend the coconut shrimp, its truly amazing and my favorite dish here! Read more

I have to admit that I'm very picky about food. First time I visited this Almaden Red Lobster in 2004 and it was great! Last... time I visited it today. When I say "last time" I really mean last time. Food was okay. However I recommend you to take a closelook at the picture. I'm not a veterinary doctor, but cockroach in my salad doesn't seem to be healthy at all. That salad is agreat example!
