The Capital Club remains the best place to see and be seen. The local Captains of Industry still frequent the grand bar, which... boasts of the best views in the entire South Bay without a doubt. The staff and service are without peers while the tastefuldécor reflects the status of its members. I love this Social Club and recommend it to the Bay Area professionals who like to work and celebrate in style! It has several... spaces for work and events, nice lounges with a coffee bar and a modern bar, a rooftop patio with breathtaking views of themountains, beautiful city buildings and the sky. I had an honor to tour the club and met Taissa, the Private Event Director ofthe club. I was impressed by the hospitality and professionalism of Taissa and the team. I also loved the ambiance, the comfortand the inviting interiors of the venue. Silicon Valley Capital Club also hosted an Open House and invited local event vendorsas florists, event planners, bakers, photographers and others to present their businesses for the members and non members. Itwas a fabulous event with lots of businesses finding new clients and connecting to other businesses. The whole event wascomplimentary for the vendors and for the visitors which speaks highly of the owners of the club who give back by supportinglocal small businesses and by offering complimentary experiences for the residents! I recommend this luxury club for all yourwork and event needs. If you are looking for entertainment or wedding venue, it's fantastic. If you are looking for social not beneficial gatherings... definitely good. But if you are building business, looking for network or looking for good connections save your money and lookfor other business oriented club . Most members are small biz, real estate agents, insurance agents etc. The Silicon valleyCapital Club is at the top floor of the Night Ridder building in DTSJ, the place is clean and the waiters/staff areprofessional, the views from deck look great. I would definitely give this place another try. We visited at a very odd hour and were the only ones sitting outside. But, we... were forgotten several times and I never quite knew who was providing our service. In the day, this is a membership-based diningexperience. Our drinks and food were both well-prepared. The Club has a nice layout, good service team, acceptable menu and a bar with great choices in wine. The view from its balcony... has a panoramic scene of surrounding hills- roof top view not so much especially facing Fairmont Hotel rooms. Presentation offood is professional, typically American flavors- appetizers more local fusions. Read more
