About 40% of the time I Make a mobile order, the food and drinks are not accurate. For example shaken iced espresso is always... missing sweetener. Another example is they never have the bacon Panini I order. Read more
What the heck happened to this place? I used to come here all the time (pre covid) to enjoy a delicious Frappuccino, sit next to... a big table and be able to draw. now there is barely anywhere to sit. Also the music sucks now. Nothing but mainstream indierock. They use to play cool jazz Cafe music. The drinks are what you expect at any Starbucks location and the staff is not asgreat as I remembered 5 years ago. Read more
Staffs are friendly, bathroom is disgusting and needs cleaning!!!! Always out of toilet paper, never cleaned! Now the straws... are behind a glass due to covid, but whenever the staff served the drinks, they don?t even give you a straw you have to ASK forit? Manager was completely terrible. Arguing with customers. Trash behavior. Completely unknowledgeable. FYI NO federal law exists... about masks Ms manager lady who wanted to pick a fight. Also. There is no California law on masks. Here is the rule on maskwearing in the state of California as of 9 hours ago. Like I stated in the store today. I?m vaccinated. Get your life togetherand don?t argue with customers when you are clearly wrong and uneducated. Coffee was good though. So was snowman cookie Masksare required statewide for unvaccinated individuals in indoor public settings and workplaces, and for all people age 2 and overin schools, health care and long-term care facilities, correctional facilities, homeless and emergency shelters, and on publictransit.
