Went on Saturday afternoon; it was not busy. I Ordered in the Store and my Drink was ready quickly and very hot. Also got what... use to be called a lemon pound cake, now they call it a lemon loaf; but all the same still very tasty. When I first arrived theparking lot was a little busy, but I was still able to find parking in front of the store. However, when I was ready to leave,the backup of the drive-thru line for a nearby Hamburger joint was blocking my exit. It took almost 10 minutes before a nicedriver left me enough room to get out. Standard Starbucks menu for coffee and eats. Went to meet someone for coffee. Only one table outside so I asked them if they... could put two chairs outside because its safer regarding minimizing Covid-19 exposure. They said there was only one tableoutside because they were closing early.(?) They did finally do it. I tipped them and said thank you. I also told them when wewere leaving in case they wanted to bring the chairs in. They said they would bring them in at closing.(?) Coffee was made toorder. Clerks were polite. I went to this Starbucks on December 30, 2015 to return a coffee mug that I received for Christmas. The lady who assisted me was... a Hispanic lady with bangs, hair pulled up. She refused to offer a return, even with a gift receipt. I even said I would buy twosmaller mugs that I liked better...she still refused. Gave me a hard time. The next day I went to another Starbucks on Capitoland Aborn and was able to return the mug with zero questions asked. So I called the other Starbucks that refused the return totell them I was able to return it elsewhere..the manager I spoke with, Martha, said that it was a "new supervisor" they had. She acted surprised, said that they look alike, and that the supervisor's name is Paula. Really? They must be twins. Read more
A nice clean Starbucks. Baristas are great and are very friendly. Lots of seating inside and outdoor seating too. Love the great... drink menu and wide selection of food items to choose from. There's plenty of merchandise to choose from too at this Starbucks.???????????? Read more
I'm not a big Starbucks fan, but I visit this location frequently as it's near work and my workplace does not yet have coffee... service (though I hear it's coming one of these days). Typically I just go in to refill my commute mug with Pike Placedrip. Service is pretty good, and I have to say I appreciate that one of the people who works there always remembers what Icome in for - I think her name is Marlene. As soon as I reach the counter, she asks, "Your usual?" It's a small thing, and Ihave to admit my "usual" isn't exactly hard to remember, but it's a small thing that will keep me coming back.
