This store is ran by one of the most racist and discriminatory white person I have ever met. She treats her team like trash and... not capable. She picks and chooses what situations she wants to deal with. If it involves a minority she will not offer anyhelp. Katie Atwood is the most disrespectful and ignorant manager to ever be hired by Starbucks. Not only does she treat herblack employees less than, her manager as well lets her get away with treating black people in particular very horribly. You canALWAYS find her sitting at the big table right by the entrance ALWAYS on her phone or laptop. The store could burn down and shewill just sit there and watch.She has horrible marriage issues and uses her status as a manger to take it out on her entireteam. She is just not a good person at all. May I say how happy I am to have found this little gem. The staff are all very welcoming; not the "this is my job so I have to... put on a smile" kind, I know we are all familiar with that kind, no over here they are genuinely kind and welcoming. Like I amclaiming this as "my Starbucks" ????I discovered it on my way to a new job site that I'm currently at. Perfect location andalong my way to work. Thank you Starbucks crew! My beverages are tasty, my food is delicious and you help me start my days witha good conversation. Place is kept neat and clean, but the staff could use some training in customer interaction and product handling. Staff is not... typically friendly, and would challenge a request, for instance, to use a different cup when repreparing you order because theydidn't get it right the first time. Also you may be waiting for your beverage but it's sitting on the counter top getting cold.Like this poor excuse of espresso I am having while writing this. For some reason they lost all the all so essential crema.Apparently, my crema made its way to be splattered around the walls of my paper cup. Read more
