Bad experience, felt like I was being treated different. The barista, Paris, was very condescending in how she was talking to me... when I was asking questions. My go to has always been Doppio, splash of oatmilk, 2 pumps of hazelnut. It?s always been $3something. Well she wanted to barge me $6.75. So I said ?nevermind I?m so sorry ? and when I was walking away with my baby andtoddler , she yelled after me causing everyone to look at us, ? you?re not gona pay for this ???? ? When I returned aftergathering myself , I had the app pulled up and asked why it?s $3 on there but she was trying to charge me extra or was it me didI make a mistake in ordering , I then showed her the phone and she didn?t even look at what I had she dismissed me and veryloudly said? that?s because your on thee corporate site that?s a corporate store we are target . ? so I asked forclarification,? so every store is different then and charge different prices ??? She said yes but seemed hesitant because I toldher I was on the app and the price was for the Starbucks that was just across the parking lot (king &story). So I asked if amanager could come , now it was for me to better understand as a sup myself in my field I know management is more knowledgeableof certain issues that may arise and they may be able to explain it to me better or just seeking reassurance (didn?t know thatwas a crime lol ????) ?.so when she came back she seemed super flustered and like she didn?t have time for this , I get itneither did I lol however , she messed up again by getting loud with me and saying ?well you can just call the store look it upon line and file a complaint on me or whoever you want ?. Used to only get coffee from Starbucks. Lately I noticed some good food they added that now I get 2-3 times a week.

I know we are in some troubling times although I don't see that changing the customer service I have been experiencing in... diverse places we shop and eat. The two young ladies working today at this particular Starbucks at Target on Story Rd. seemedunhappy to say the least. I took my mother to pick up prescriptions and she hardly gets out lately because even at her age shestays home to take care of her Mother, my Grandmother, so this was a treat for her. The attitude of the cashier was as if shedidn't want to deal with us. I give her much credit though she actually was able to change her attitude after she (I'm assuming)realized it wasn't making a good impression. Thank You Dear , Good Job, that is not easy to do. We ordered 2 dragon drinks.Which is what I order all the time from any Starbucks I go to. When I seen the other young girl who looked really sweet firstoff, making them I asked her if she was making Dragon Drinks and she replied Yes. I said oh, that it looked like she was makingPink Drinks. She insisted and gave a really rude tone. Instead of asking or trying to fix whatever I was referring to. She gaveme a shut up tone and handed us our drinks. Thank You for your service. It was terrible . I'm sure it doesn't matter to you justone customer opinion but Customer Service means everything. If you are having a tough day or don't like your job there are otherpeople who would love your job and you should find something you love. Whatever it is making you unhappy to talk to customersthe way you do, I Hope You can fix it or figure it out. One of the worse things is taking be your lack of happiness at your jobout on customers. Horrible. The place is a mess. Trash all over. The cashiers are not only bad in the way that they care dressed, but the female... that took my order disn't greet me even when I told her good morning, I didn't get a response. She didn't look at me once, atleast to acknowledge that she heard me. I placed my order and she didn't ask for my name so she just let my order sit on thecounter for a good 5 min until I went up to ask. She just said.."oh, I left it there a long time ago" she said it with a noncaring attitude. I walked into the bathroom to wash my hands and I noticed no bathroom tissue, except for the one one thefloor. Bad service. Read more
