There's quite a few people complaining but as far as for me.. Nothing but compliments. My daughter said it was the friendliest... starbucks shes been too. She goes a lot. Being that I usually don't support starbucks, I took my daughter here and we gotexcellent service. Considering the line was lengthy, the wait wasn't much. I'm usually not an easy customer but the staff waskind. Importantly quick service and still made sure I was satisfied. Visited around 4-24-2021 thanks for the delicioushabiscus tea blend. Read more
I ordered a drink. They charged me MORE than they were supposed to. They made the drink wrong 3 TIMES! And could not make it the... right way. Had the worst costumer service experience here, wish they have a no-star option. After ordering a coffee online, I went there... after 5 minutes hoping to grab my coffee then go, so I politely asked the coffee server whether they?ve got a coffee for Joannaready. The server told me they got a lot of costumers today and she will call me when she gets it. So I stood there waited for30 minutes until all the costumers there were almost gone. My whole family have been waiting in the car outside of the mall forme the whole time, so I checked with her again, turn out that she ignored the sticker with my order for the whole time, whichwas right in front of her. The coffee server?s co-worker told her my order was there the whole time, but that girl didn?tapologize at all. She just told me:? I?m working on it now?, then handed me my coffee after that 40 minutes wait. I felt awful,I stood there and started crying, then I just threw that coffee away. I went to my family and they wanted to confront thatcoffee server for me, but I just wanted to leave. My family and I traveled from Southern California to the Bay Area forcelebrating my birthday, but now it?s ruined because of that girl who was so impatient about her job. Today is my 22nd birthdayand I just cried terribly because of this Starbucks shop. I swore I?ll never have a Starbucks again in my life. Read more
You can wait forever for your coffee. Very poorly run store. Employees must be high or something to be this incompetent. Waited... nearly 30 minutes, and people behind me got their drinks first. They don't even give you a full cup. Screw Starbucks! Read more
