This is the slowest and most talkative Starbucks that I've ever stepped foot in. I won't be back. You're at work(!!), focus on... making drinks. You're not on stage. I shouldn't have to pass some sort of test to get my drink....also I'd be very carefulcalling women names like "sweetheart" and the like. ???? I'm a pretty big fan of the sweet vanilla nitro cold brew. On a hot summer day it's pretty nice way to get caffeinated and it's... only 110 calories which is relatively low in contrast to a lot of the other super sugary high calorie drinks. I only hope isthat these hard-working baristas get access to a union so that they can make more money to help support their livelihood. Read more

This had been my regular store until today. I placed a mobile order at 8:58 am and was informed on my screen that it would be... ready for pick up at 9:10 am. I came in at 9:20, and the drink was not prepared. I was told they have 14 drink orders, so thatit will be a wait. While I was waiting, many customers came and went with their orders. I patiently waited until 9:34 am, andthey still didn't work on my order; if a customer has to wait for 35 minutes and leave without a coffee order fulfilled, theservice warrants this low rating.
