I have never been disappointed with Starbucks as bad as this location. The bathroom was filty is an understatement...I asked... one of the staff to restock the toilet paper and she throws a roll on the floor and sticks another between thehandrail...disgusting. My cup was covered with caramel drizzle residue that I couldn't even hold it in my hands without havingsyrup covered hands. Yes, I asked for less then light caramel drizzle. The staff members seemed annoyed and frustrated withcustomers. I normally don't have issues using the drive thru but the one time I go inside was a huge let down. The drive through takes forever. My current visit has been 35 minutes and counting and the oven is down so I?m only ordering... drinks?the employees are just rude without any cause. I will never come to this Starbucks again. Read more

Starbucks had a pretty positive image in my opinion, until last night. I ordered a coffee using Starbucks app and the app... allowed me to pickup in store, the estimated pickup time was 9:21pm. I arrived at the store at 9:18pm and the store front doorwas closed. I called the store and they told me I could only go to drive through to pickup my drink. I don?t feel comfortableand safe to walk to the drive through, but unfortunately they were not willing to give my drink from the front door. I askedwhat if I didn?t drive, and they just kept repeating my only option was to go to the drive through. I?m disappointed theyallowed me to order the pickup in store and charged me money and forced me to go to drive through. I ended up leaving withoutgetting my drink because the drive through line was too long. The incident itself doesn?t bother me too much, because everybodymakes mistakes. What changed my mind that Starbucks is not a decent company is how they deal with the incident, not willing toacknowledge a mistake, and not willing to fix a problem. Read more

I love that it's in downtown, close proximity to parks, shops, businesses and public transportation. I have been coming to this... Starbucks for well over 10 years and enjoy ordering my favorite matcha drink. I find the manager named Jerome "Jerry" hisprofessionalism and friendliness very personable and welcoming which makes my visit pleasant and non complicated. The staff aregreat overall and work hard at what they do to bring you a smile. Read more

The staff is great. They're very friendly and helpful. But some of the people that frequent this place though make me hesitant... to return. When my name was called to get my drink, the two strangers nearby talked directly to me in some passive aggressiveway using my name they had just heard in every sentence. It was weird... Another instance someone took one of the adjacentchairs to my single person table without asking. I would've said yes if they had asked. I wish I could be a frequent patronsince it's so close. I've only been here maybe 3-4 times and it feels like something weird happens every time. I think I'll justdrive somewhere farther where it feels more comfortable to drink coffee and not be bothered. it?s mid. It depends honestly, sometimes you get good employees or just annoyed rude ones. the line takes forever, and today... actually i went around early 9pm and they were serving no frappes and no refreshers & employee was rude. but sometimes theycould be nice. Read more
