The walk in experience was horrible. They have terrible customer service, no communication between employees. Ordered two drinks... and a bagel. Got one drink and 20 minutes later the other. Totally forgot my bagel.They served a person after I ordered first,that person came in with six kids and 4 adults. ???? needless to say the wait time is ridiculous. Read more

Coffee is fine here. Barista is nice, but location is not. This area/streets near by makes me feel unsafe for some reason. ...
